What POS and reservation systems does Aplateful work with?
We connect to widely used reservation widgets and POS systems on the way in and out. If you already take bookings online and print tickets in the kitchen, we can meet both of those without changing the tools your team already know.
How long is setup?
For a single restaurant, we plan for a two-week pilot: your menu, your list, your reservation patterns loaded and tested during a quiet service before we go live for a full week of dinner.
What do contracts look like?
Monthly, on a rolling basis. We ask for a two-week notice window to keep transitions clean for both sides. No lock-in beyond that.
Do you charge per cover or per seat?
Neither. Single Restaurant is $29 per month, Growth is $49 per month and Group is $149 per month. That is a flat monthly fee, per location. We do not want to be another variable cost you have to worry about on a busy Saturday.
Can we move between tiers later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading is instant and prorated for the current month. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
